lately i have subverted my sleeping patterns and have not been going to sleep until very late and then, forcibly, been awoken early. i do not function as well off little sleep. so now i am going to try and oppose this new found lack-of-sleep trend and instead opt with a more grandma-like sleeping routine. to bed early and awake early. probably a good idea as uni exams are creeping up and i really, really, really badly need to start studying.
